Common questions

  • Do my forms move anywhere? No. Forms+ works on top of your own Google account — your forms and responses stay in your Google Drive.
  • Is it free? Forms+ is free to download with core features included. Forms+ PRO is an optional subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlocks advanced tools.
  • How do I manage or cancel a subscription? Open the App Store, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, then select Forms+ to change or cancel.
  • How do I disconnect my Google account? Revoke the app's access anytime from your Google account security settings.

Advanced automations

Some advanced automations — such as conditional emails, mail merge, webhooks, and Calendar, CRM, or Sheets sync — require a one-time setup to go live. If you're setting these up, email us and we'll walk you through it.
